Kerri Downey, Director and Founder of Holy Hands for Christ Deaf Ministry. Kerri has been involved with the deaf since she was very young. She has actively worked with the deaf for over 25 years as mentor and friend, sharing her faith in Christ using any mode possible... hands, mouth and feet. Says Kerri, "The Lord has not only prepared me to work with the deaf by placing people conveniently in my life at opportune times. But also, given me great insight with the advent of my hearing loss which began in my mid-thirties."

Says Kerri: "In the past year the Lord has really stretched me. First he brought me a Husband after being single for 22 years then, I fell. My world has been turned upside down. A husband and two surgeries later I am getting back in the swing of things. I'm still unable to sign for any length of time but I know the Lord does all things for a purpose. I am here Lord, send me."
